Send-it Showcase Event and Magazine

An event to showcase the talents of the service users at Send-it was held on Thursday 8th November 2012. It was a great success! To celebrate this event we have created the Send-it Showcase Magazine which can be downloaded here. There are articles about Send-it and the people who work there. There's even a puzzle page. It's a great read!

Send-it celebrates its 10th anniversary!

Send-it is celebrating its tenth anniversary as a social enterprise. Launched as PrintAbility in 2001, it has by now provided training for hundreds of adults disadvantaged from the work place while offering a high-quality mailing, printing and fulfilment service. An Open Day will be held at our offices on 12 May 2011 to celebrate. Read more...

‘Aberdeen-in-Mind’, a website dedicated to supporting those affected by mental health issues in Aberdeen goes live on Thursday 17th March 2011. Built by Send-it trainees and funded by Aberdeen City Health Improvement, the site covers a wide range of mental health issues, providing details of events and news. Read more...

New Parcel Collection Service

Send-it is now offering customers a parcel collection and distribution service. Parcels within Aberdeen City can be collected from 10am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, with next day delivery to the UK mainland.

New Canon iPF8000s wide format printer

BAA Community Trust has funded Send-it's purchase of a wide-format printer. This will enable Send-it to print large format posters, roller banners and exhibition graphics. A big thank you to the BAA Community Trust.

New Website Project offers valuable training opportunity

September 2010 Send-it has launched a new Website Project to provide adults recovering from mental health difficulties with the opportunity to design and build their own website. Eight training placements will be offered for three months and applicants are invited to apply now.
