New Website Project: Aberdeen in Mind
Launched in November 2010, Send-it’s new website project has now ended. The ‘Aberdeen in Mind’ project provided adults recovering from mental health difficulties with the opportunity to be involved in designing and building their own website.
Aberdeen in Mind was launched in March 2011. It aims to provide information to those interested in mental health, particularly in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. It covers a range of mental health issues, giving details of events and news, and hosting a variety of views. It will also provide information for carers and families who often experience emotional, financial and health issues themselves. The website will be marketed via Cornhill Hospital, NHS, GPs, Voluntary/Third Sector Organisations and Health Professionals.
The site is being maintained by members of the Website Project.
