Send-it fully adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998. Your mailing list is important to you and as a mailing house we treat your data in compliance with the principles of the law:

• Personal Data will only be used and disclosed in line with your instructions
• We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of staff who will have access to the Personal Data
• The Personal Data is not kept for longer than necessary and discs and CDs are returned or destroyed
• Technical and organisational procedures have been implemented to protect the Personal Data against unauthorised and unlawful processing. All backups of data are securely stored
• We will not process or transfer any Personal Data outside the European Economic Area without prior written consent
